Shipping:

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: No, shipping is currently only available throughout the United States and Canada 

Q: How long does it take to ship?

A: Processing an order can take 1-3 business days. All orders once shipped are shipped through USPS or UPS with priority shipping and are updated in the order form with tracking. As of 2021 due to COVID some orders may experience shipping delays and arrive later than expected. We ask that you please bare with the postal service as they are doing the best they can.

Q: Are the spiderwebs real?

A: Yes. All webs are 100% real and ethically sourced. No spiders are harmed.

Q: Are all specimens ethically sourced?

A: Yes, all specimens displayed have been ethically/ and or responsibly sourced.

Returns:

Q: Can an item be returned?

A: Only if the item has been damaged during transit to destination can it be returned in which a store credit or replacement will be offered. If so, please use the contact button on the website and send a description of the issue with pictures and a store credit or replacement of equal value of original purchase will be issued once the item is shipped back and received. Shipping will not be included for item to be shipped back however shipping will be complimented on replaced item.  All pieces have been hand-crafted or hand-altered to create such item therefore items may have minor detail flaws.
