Refund policy

Returns:

Only if the item has been damaged during transit to destination can it be returned in which a store credit or replacement will be offered. If so, please use the contact button on the website and send a description of the issue with pictures and a store credit or replacement of equal value of original purchase will be issued once the item is shipped back and received. Shipping will not be included for item to be shipped back however shipping will be complimented on replaced item.  All pieces have been hand-crafted or hand-altered to create such item therefore items may have minor detail flaws.
